How to flash:
1. Extract the downloaded file to a folder on your PC
2. Connect X1 to PC as ACTIVESYNC
3. Run CustomRUU.exe and follow the instructions on your PC screen
4. X1 restart and done !
To verify if it successfully flashed: Turn off X1, go to Bootloader screen (Press Volume Down + Power), it should show SPL 0.78 Olinex

Spl 0.78 is the latest version that came with x1 latest stock rom r3a. Most cooked roms today use R3A as their base rom. So I think it's the best for us to use this version.
i can't say how it will effect, but rom should be more stable, I hope so.
You don't need to reflash the rom after flash this hardspl.
Use Spl 0.78

Nope, you can use any roms with spl 0.72 or 0.78.
Imagine update SPL as update your pc bios, you can use any OS on it.

I think it's more easier to use this one when updating olinex, cause when I use 0.72 it's very difficult to install there are sometimes error connecting, recovery, etc...
But this one are OK

i had hspl olinex 0.72 on my phone can i just copy ruu_signed.nbh file to sd card and rename it to kovimg.nbh
and one thing more. i had hspl olinex 0.72 can i up stock rom or i must back to stock spl
- According to Olinex, yes, you can flash by microsd method, but I haven't tried.
- You can flash stock rom on 0.72 hspl without need to flash stockspl.
SD card up rom confirm. When update it will restart one time. Let it continue dont touch anything. It take about 2 minutes on my phone.
I think every one should up this HSPL because because update I have max 130mb free ram after that i have 140Mb. Very impress hah.

Hi. I tried to flash - all OK, but before flash battery status was 50% and after flash new HSPL i´ve got 90%. I hope it´s good, because for last few weeks battery shown nonsenses - i had 40% and the phone switched off, when i turn on battery was at 5%. I´ll try and report if anything happens :-)

I updated HSPL from 0.72 to 0.78, I'm using one of your roms for xperia X1, 28237 build sense 2018 CHT, the thing is that after the update I feel the device laggy and from time to time freezes for 3 or 5 seconds.
Is anyone having the same issues??

hi i've tested your rom and i'm starting to love it :) but i found 1 problem and i've noticed that I am the only 1 to have it. my alarm clock doesnt work and i cant find the problem...

Hello, I´m going to reflash my Xperia X1 to 826x ROM. I want to do all the steps correctly not to brick my phone.
I have checked my bootloader (with the volume down and power on buttons), and get the following messages:

Is it neccesary to reflash HardSPL ver 0.78 in this page, or I can proceed with the ROM flashing?

I have a stock standard x1 wich i want to update to win mobile 6.5(already downloaded the rom from you) but first I am trying to get hard spl 0.78 on the phone. I have followed your instructions to the letter, but once the progress bar appears on the phone, it automatically disconnects from activesync and won't go further with the install. Could you please help.

im seeking help for My Xperia X1i myy reset dont have olinex yet on the bootloder, I tried the Instruction Above but, the update stops and an error message popup says that connection error, , but i check the cablings and all the cconnection is fine... what do you hink is the problem with it..... actuaaly I just want to flash my X1 because it is in Italian Language and i would like to change it to English... can you help me out on this...
